Mentoring Program St Patrick-St Anthony Church In its 9th year, the Mentoring Program is a partnership between St Patrick - St Anthony Church and the House of Bread. This program brings children together from the North End of Hartford with members of the Church community. They meet every other Saturday, September through May. Mentors take turns planning activities and preparing lunch. Mentors range in age from 20 to 70 and come from varying backgrounds. The number of children in the program increases each year. The program is successful in that it provides children with fun learning experiences and interaction with adults and other parents. Respect and courtesy among children and mentors characterizes the atmosphere and the program encourages the children to share fun and work together.
